(note...this is late night (hah) rambling...ignore it {side note...most of this was actually written 11/15/2000 when I realized I'd forgotten to finish and upload it...heh)

I know its only 10:33 pm, but for a school night that's just about the end of my night. I'm just sitting here, talking to Adrian and enjoying it. And I realize what a little fool I can be =) Today I got all teary eyed when I heard Peter Paul & Mary singing Leaving on a Jet Plane. Why? He's not even here yet and I'm already all sad because he'll have to leave. I know its been just about a month that he's been my boyfriend, not exactly sure, but I think its been that long. I hope he realizes how much I care about him, because I am so not good at saying those sort of things. Maybe after reading this you'll know better Adrian... :) And THEN right after PP&M there was this new 98 Degrees song (I think its new, but I'm never sure about pop music)... "Holding you, close to me, the first time that your body moves with mine. Let them move, ease your fears, caressing as I whisper in your ear..." I don't know. Got me thinking about, well I'm sure you could guess.....

Okay, well its now the next afternoon...and I'm just now getting around to finishing this waaay too personal excerpt. But its amazing how just the smallest things can get to you (in a good way)...Just a little petname...or telling someone you care about them... I don't know, it does wonders for your outlook on the world. Mine anyway. I was just trying to remember the last time I felt like I really mattered to a guy, special to him...and with the exception of my Dad and my cousin & friend Tim...I'm not sure I ever have felt that way....until now anyway...
AHHHH! I babble waaaay too much don't I? I think I get my 2nd history exam back tomorrow, so that should suck royally....I mean, if my bullshit answer for the third essay about the Shah of Iran was any indication of my score, I'm soooo screwed (and not in that fun way ;P hehe). Oh yeah! And DJ will be here tomorrow. He's already driven (been driven that is...hitched a ride with some people...don't know the exact story...o'well)...from Tennesee to Wyoming and by now they're probably nearly to Walla Walla... I think Leo said he gets in to the Greyhound stop up town around 9 a.m. tomorrow. Ahh! I hope everything works out for them. We found (well, i found the listing and Lenora called about it) a really cute apartment for him, which is great. Excellent view of Safeway, hehe. Ummmmmmm....to close...one of my favorite old songs....reminds me of my dad and makes me think of rainy nights. Which I love...makes me...um..."happy", hehe.

I Love A Rainy Night, Eddie Rabbitt

Well, I love a rainy night, I love a rainy night.
I love to hear the thunder, watch the lightening when it lights up the sky.
You know it makes me feel good.
Well I love a rainy night, such a beautiful sight
I love to feel the rain on my face and taste the rain on my lips.
In the moonlight shadow.
Showers wash all my cares away, I wake up to a sunny day.

Cuz I love a rainy night
Yeah I love a rainy night
Well I love a rainy night
Well I love a rainy night
Ooh Ooh!

Puts a song in this heart of mine, puts a smile on my face everytime.

Cuz I love a rainy night
Yeah I love a rainy night
Ooh I love a rainy night
Yeah I love a rainy night
Ooh Ooh!

{BRIDGE}

Showers wash all my cares away, I wake up to a sunny day.
Cuz I love a rainy night
Yeah I love a rainy night
Well I love a rainy night
I love a rainy night
Ooh Ooh!

Well, I love a rainy night (See it in my eyes)
Hey, I love a rainy night (Makes me high)
Oooh, I love a rainy night (You know I do)
Yeah yeah, I love a rainy night (See it in my eyes)
I love a rainy night (Makes me high)
Well I love a rainy night (and I love you too)
